The app
daysdays is a personal countdown and day-counting app. It is free to use, requires no account, and stores all of your data locally on your device. There is no server-side service operated as part of daysdays.
License
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use daysdays on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.
Your content
Any events, dates, amounts, and other information you enter belong to you and remain on your device. Because this data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for it, including keeping your own backups. Deleting the app removes this data.
No warranty
daysdays is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time, as notification delivery depends on your device and its operating system.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, daysdays and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Changes to the app and these terms
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
